Vickie Jean Napier

Vickie Jean Napier, 48, of London, passed away on Saturday, October 24, 2020 in London. Vickie was preceded in death by her father, Isaac Mills; sister, Karen Ferguson; and brother Isaac Ray Mills. She is survived by her mother, Ima Jean McVey Knuckles; daughter, Christian Francett; son, Tyler Mills; daughter, Samantha Fox; son, Jeffrey Dean; grandchildren, Asher Francett, Boone Coffey, expected granddaughter Cora Coffey, Jacob Francett, Brooke Francett, and Meghan Francett; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins to mourn her passing. A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, October 31, 2020 at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends from 2:00-3:00 pm Saturday at the funeral home. Those attending either the visitation or memorial service are required to socially distance and to wear a mask.
