Tommy Ray Kelly, age 59, of Corbin, passed away on Wednesday, January 11, 2012  in Corbin.
Born in Evarts, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Herman "Jug" Kelly and Naomi Gilbert Kelly. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and was a clerk for the CSX Railroad with 30 years of service.
He is survived by his wife, Pam Kelly; two sons, Sean Patrick Kelly and Ryan Tyler Kelly; three brothers, Bo Kelly and wife Donna of Harlan, William Kelly and wife Imogene of Evarts and Colan Kelly and wife Nora of Corbin; and one sister, Ella Owens and husband Jim of Harlan, all who mourn his passing.
Funeral service will be at 3 pm on Sunday, Jan. 15, 2012 at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home in Corbin with Rev. Rodney Freeman officiating. Burial will be in the Pine Hill Cemetery with CSX employees serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 5-8 pm on Saturday, January 14, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, 607 Master Street, Corbin, KY.
