Theresa Gadlage

Theresa E. Gadlage, age 61, of Corbin, KY, passed away on Monday, January 12, 2026, at UK Chandler Hospital in Lexington, KY.

Born in Louisville, KY, on November 6, 1964, she was the daughter of the late Kenny Hayden and Charlyn Wade Mahoney.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Steven Paul Vitale.

Her love extended beyond human bounds, extending to her adored pets. Her special bond with her beloved dog, Ickky, is a testament to her gentle spirit and big heart.

Theresa is survived by her husband, Chris Gadlage; daughter, Kimberly Mendoza; father, Paul Mahoney; mother-in-law, Pat; numerous grandchildren; and stepsisters, Paula Johnson and Robin Mitchell, who will forever cherish her memory.

At Theresa's request, cremation will take place with no services planned at this time.
