Sandra Lynn Steele

Sandra Lynn Steele, 69, of London, KY passed away Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at her home. Born at Pineville, she was a daughter of the late Carl Stanifer, Sr. and Opal Farley Stanifer of Corbin. Also, she was predeceased by a son, Ernest Steele, Jr. in 1983 and her husband's parents, Frank and Maxine Steele of Gray. While living in Ashland, Lynn had worked as a teacher's aide. Lynn is survived by her husband, Ernest Steele; two children, Daryl Steele and Bambi Steele Martin, both of Frankfort; a granddaughter, Victoria Jordan and husband Adam; one sister, Vicki Morgan and husband Kelvin; a brother, Carl Stanifer, Jr. and wife Ja; brother-in-law, Jackie Steele and wife Joyce; and several nieces and nephews. A celebration of life will be held at 11am on Saturday, March 26, 2022, at First Baptist Church of Corbin. Visitation will be from 10-11am on Saturday prior to the service.
