Roy Newby, age 81, formerly of Baptist Housing in Corbin, passed away on Wednesday, February 9, 2011, in Barbourville.
He is survived by three Children: Frank Newby of Kentucky, Roy Newby Jr. and Polly Steele, both of Michigan.
A Memorial Service will be held at 9:30am on Sunday, February 13, 2011, at the Baptist Housing Community Room, Engineer Street in Corbin.
