Ronald Ray Carter, age 55, of Corbin, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 23, 2010, at UK Medical Center in Lexington.
Born in Detroit, Michigan, he was the son of the late William S. Carter and Thelma Faulkner Carter. He worked in construction and was a member of Central Baptist Church.
He is survived by a brother, John Carter; and by several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins who mourn his passing.
Funeral service will be at 11am Friday, Dec. 31, 2010 at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 6-8 pm Thursday, Dec. 30, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, 607 Master St., Corbin, KY.
