Roger Eugene Redding

Roger E. Redding, 70, passed away on Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at his residence in Keavy.
Born in Springfield, Illinois, he was the son of the late John Redding and Ruth Arnold Myers, who survives. He had worked as a machinist for Eli Lilly Co., and was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
Roger is survived by his wife, Marlene Karr Redding; mother, Ruth Arnold Myers; children: Eugenia Dawn Ann Redding, Brian Scott Redding, and Rodger Dale Redding "Pete"; step-children: Ronda Goodlett, Dee Dee Palmer, and Dru Cox; brothers, John Redding and Warren Scalf of Indiana; and sister, Judy Michaels of Indiana.
The family has chosen cremation. There will be a memorial service at a later date at the convenience of the family.
The Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home is honored to assist the family with final arrangements.
