Ricky Lee Brafford

Ricky Lee Brafford, 50, of Keavy, passed away on Tuesday, July 20, 2010, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville.
Born in Elkhart, Indiana, he was a retired supervisor in the housekeeping department at Baptist Regional Medical Center. He was a member of the Living Waters Pentecostal Church.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Nannie Hollin Brafford; grandparents, Alice and Jonah Brafford and Charlie and Verna Hollin.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Brafford of Keavy; father, Troy Brafford of Gray; son, David Hurd and wife Carrie; two grandsons, Zachary Hurd and Ian Hurd; two sisters, Patricia Parker of Gray and Jennifer Brafford of Gray; numerous aunts, an uncle, and a host of cousins, family and friends, as well as niece, Amber Disney, and two nephews, Ryan Scott and Brent Brafford; and great-niece Tanzara Disney.
Funeral service will be at 2:00 pm Friday, July 23, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Charlie Humfleet officiating. Burial will be in the Hollin Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6-9 pm Thursday, July 22, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, 607 Master Street, Corbin, KY.
