Phyllis Perry

Phyllis Perry, 69, of Corbin, passed away on Friday, September 17, 2010, at Oak Tree Hospital in Corbin.
She was a homemaker and attended both Barton Mill and  St. John's Chapel Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Obie Perry Sr.; parents, Leland and Mildred Fox; and sister, Kathleen Fox.
She is survived by her children, Tracy Perkins, Donna Lynn Perry, and Obie Perry Jr.; grandchildren, Alexis and Ashley; brother, Donnie Fox; and by a sister, Ruby Napier and husband Charlie.
Funeral service will be at 3 pm Thursday, Sept. 23, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Marion Roaden officiating. Burial will be later in Corinth Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 1-3 pm Thursday at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, 607 Master Street, Corbin.
The family is asking for donations to help with funeral expenses. Donations may be made directly to the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.
