Patricia Ann Fox

Patricia Ann “Pat” Fox, 81, of Corbin, KY, passed peacefully into the arms of her Lord and Savior on May 7, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Born to Willis and Wanda Smith, Pat lived a life deeply rooted in faith, love, and service. Alongside her beloved husband, Johnny Allen Fox, she built a beautiful life centered on their family and shared devotion to God.

Pat was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her unwavering faith shaped every relationship, and her love was a source of strength and comfort to all who knew her.

Patricia found joy in life’s simple pleasures—she never passed up a good yard sale, a stroll through the vendors mall, or a fresh coat of nail polish. She had a gift for home decor and was known for redecorating spaces until they were just right. Her vibrant personality and appreciation for beauty made her a joy to be around.

A longtime member of Poplar Grove Baptist Church, Pat treasured listening to Bobby Joe Eaton preaching and singing her favorite hymns. Her love for the Lord and for music brought her peace and joy throughout her life.

She is survived by her loving husband Johnny; daughters Kimberly Green and Wanda Wallace; granddaughters Whitney Hollis (Brandon), Amber Damron (Jay), and Rachel Wilson (Aaron); great-grandchildren Nathaniel and Benjamin Hollis, and Loren Damron; her sister Jennifer Meadors; and sister-in-law Susan Smith.

She is reunited in Heaven with her parents Willis and Wanda Smith, her brother John C. Smith, her mother and father-in-law Hubert and Loretta Fox, and her sister in laws Shirley Rutherford, Judy Lawson, and Buelah Rutherford.

A celebration of Pat’s life will be held on Saturday, May 10th beginning at 9am at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home in Corbin, Kentucky, where her service will start at 11:00 am. with Pastor Bobby Joe Eaton officiating.

Burial will follow at Pine Hill Cemetery in Corbin, Kentucky

All who knew and loved Pat are invited to join in honoring her enduring legacy of faith, kindness, and love.
