Opal B. Rapier, age 65, of Corbin, passed away on Friday, October 16, 2009 at Baptist Regional Medical Center in Corbin.
She was Baptist by Faith and was preceded in death by her Father, Olan Oakes.
She is survived by her Daughter, Kelli Howard, and by her Mother, Kathleen Brock Oakes.
There will be no visitation or funeral with services at the convenience of the family.
Service by the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home in Corbin.
