Ollie Lucille Jones

Ollie Lucille Jones, age 79, of Corbin, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at her home.

Born in Harlan, Kentucky, she was a daughter to the late John Harrison Roaden and Idona Marie Leger Roaden. She worked for the Corbin Police Department and did clerical work for CertainTeed. She was a member of Greenland Baptist Church and the Order of the Eastern Star.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Billy Joe Jones, son-in-law, Kurtis Hasten, and a nephew, Jack D. Roaden.

She is survived by her children, Charles Jones (Colleen) and Deborah Hasten (Reid), grandchildren, Amanda Jones, and Amy Lawson (Bill), great granddaughter, Cordelia Marie Lawson, a sister, Margie Sams (Hubert), and by a host of nieces, nephews, and friend who mourn her passing.

Visitation will be held from 12-2pm on Monday, October 9, 2023, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, where her funeral service will follow at 2pm on Monday.

Burial will follow in Corinth Cemetery in Corbin, Kentucky.
