Katherine Chadwell of Orlando, FL, and formerly of Corbin, passed away on Sunday, January 20, 2008, in Orlando.
A former Corbin resident, she was a lifelong advocate for the disabled and an honorary Kentucky Colonel in recognition of her efforts.
Mrs. Chadwell is survived by her Son, William; Daughter, Judy; and Grandchildren, Jane and Adrian.
Graveside service will be held at 3pm on Saturday, January 26, 2008, at the Rest Haven Cemetery in Corbin.
Arrangements by the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.
