John Frank Partin Jr.

John Frank Partin, Jr., age 91, of Corbin passed away on Thursday, February 16, 2012, at Baptist Regional Medical Center in Corbin.
He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Gray and was a US Navy Veteran of World War II.
He was preceded in death by his Parents, John Frank Partin Sr., and Eva Ann Fuson Partin; Daughter-in-law, Elizabeth R. Partin; Sister, Alta Brooks; Brothers, Phillip, Coy, and Porter Partin.
He is survived by his Wife, Dorothy Partin; Sons, Jimmy Partin of London and Marshal Partin of Pineville; Daughter, Martha Kay Middleton and husband Harrison of Corbin; Brothers, O.B. Partin and W.A. Partin both of Middlesboro; Sister, Sylvia Tensley of Maryland; Eight Grandchildren and a host of Great Grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held at 2pm on Sunday, February 19, 2012, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Kevin Roach officiating. Burial will follow in Brafford Cemetery in Gray with military honors by the American Legion Post #88 of Corbin.
Visitation will be from 6-8pm on Saturday at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home in Corbin.
