Harold Wayne Sparkman

Harold Wayne Sparkman, 60, Corbin, passed away Friday, December 30, 2016 at Baptist Health Corbin. He was a son of the late Amos and Frankie Marie (Morton) Sparkman.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Don Adkins.
He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Donna Adkins Sparkman; a son, Michael Wayne Sparkman and wife Lashae; two grandchildren: Michael Wayne Sparkman and McKenna Maggie Jean Sparkman; brothers: Ronnie Sparkman and Earl Sparkman; sisters: Marilyn Wilder, Sharon Mabe, and Shirley Burdine; several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews; many friends and family; and by his mother-in-law: Gloria Adkins.
Harold enjoyed hunting and fishing, doing handyman jobs and working on cars. He was a friend to all and good to all his family. He was a former manager of Pizza Hut in Corbin and was owner and operator of Sparkman Produce.
Visitation will be Tuesday, January 3 from 6-9 PM at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with funeral services there on Wednesday, January 4 at 11 AM. Burial will follow in the Martin-Hendrickson Cemetery.
