Gene A Blevins

Gene A. "Pappy" Blevins, age 70, passed away on Friday, March 8, 2013.
He was preceded in death by his Parents, Curtis Blevins and Hazel Sasser Blevins; Brother, Roy Blevins; Sister, Lois Ann Blevins; and Grandson, Ronnie Allen.
He is survived by the Mother of his Children, Elizabeth Hubbard; Daughters, Karen Blevins, Sally Maynes, Sandy Cecil, and Melinda Hammond; Eight Grandchildren, Seven Great Grandchildren; Brothers, Nolan, Bill, and Matthew Blevins; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Funeral service will be held at 2pm on Tuesday, March 12, 2013, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Bro. Gary Dugger and Sis. Melissa Lawson officiating. Burial will follow in the Brafford Cemetery in Gray.
Visitation will be from 6-9pm on Monday at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.
