Fred Hall

Fred Hall, age 72, of Corbin, passed away on Thursday, Feb. 6, 2014, at the VA Medical Center in Lexington.
He was born in Harlan County, and was a US Army Veteran. Fred retired from both Inland Steel and the US Postal Service. He was Baptist by faith and was a former member of the Gainesville, Florida Moose Club.
He was preceded in death by his Wife, Gladys Hall; Parents, Clarence and Goldie Clem Hall; and by a Brother, Jimmy Hall.
Fred is survived by his Sisters, Sheila Hensley and husband Leo of Corbin; and Kay McKnight and husband Johnny of Cumberland, KY; Brother, Bobby Hall and wife Mary of Partridge, KY; and by several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held at 2pm on Monday, February 10, 2014 at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Cumberland Memorial Gardens in Lily with military honors by the American Legion Post #88 of Corbin.
Visitation will be from 12noon until 2pm on Monday at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.
