Felicia Ann Phipps Paul

Felicia Ann Phipps Paul, age 61, passed away on Monday, August 19, 2019 at Baptist Health in Corbin.
She was born in Wayne County a daughter to the late Chester Phipps and Doris Parks Phipps; she was a Baptist by faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Husband, Michael Dale Paul; and Brothers Delmar and Elmer Phipps.
Felicia is survived by her children, Misty Hammons (Carson Hatfield), and Jeffrey Paul (Krista); Grandsons, Raylan Hammons, Hunter Paul, and Gunner Paul; Brothers, Stanley Phipps, Randy Phipps, Michael Phipps (Linda), Roger Phipps (Donna) and Freddie Phipps (Cherrie); Sister Patricia Sears (Keith); and by several nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Funeral Service for Felicia Paul will be held at 2pm on Thursday, August 22, 2019 at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Charlie Humfleet officiating.
Burial will follow in the New Phipps Cemetery in Gray.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, August 21 ^st from 6-9pm at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, where messages may be written to the family at vankirkgrisellfuneralhome.com
