Eric Lee Elliott, age 50, was born on March 19, 1976, in Barbourville, KY, passed away heartbreakingly, on Friday, May 22, 2026, in Gray, Kentucky.
Eric was a dedicated landscaper and mower with Scott Sevier Landscaping. He had a real knack for making the world a more beautiful place. His work was a reflection of his inner self - resilient, vibrant, and full of life. Outside of work, Eric enjoyed fishing and he cherished the tranquility of Kentucky’s outdoors and he loved to draw.
Eric was a true lover of life. He held a special place in his heart for children, always ready with a captivating story or a warm smile. He was a friend to many, with a knack for meeting new people and making them feel like they had known him for years. Eric also had a great love for dogs, especially Pitbulls, their loyalty and steadfastness mirrored his own.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Claude and Nevada Elliott, and Geneva Noe; and by his stepfather, Don Partin.
Eric is survived by his Children, Ericka Hill, Bethany Elliott, and Cameron Elliott; mother, Sharon Elliott; father, Terry Noe and stepmother Sue; grandfather, Johnny Noe and Jackie; siblings, Vickie Davis, April Jones, Brittney Sergent, and Brandy Noe; grandchildren, Cali Girdner, Bentley Girdner, and he was awaiting the birth of Micah Bickle. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, Tristan Elliott, Hailey Seabolt, Adalyn Sergent, Mason Sergent, and Brylee Carpenter; and by his fiancé, Shannon Hollin
Visitation for Eric Elliott will be held from 12 noon until 2 pm on Sunday, May 31, 2026, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, where his funeral service will be held at 2 pm on Sunday with Rev. Stevie Hughes and Rev. Allen Walker officiating.
Burial will follow in the Gray Cemetery. Serving as pall bearers will be his friends and family, Cameron Elliott, Tyler Edge, Logan Edge, Mason Sergent, and Brent Sergent.
