Eliane S. Abercrombie

Eliane S. Abercrombie, 86, of Gray, KY passed away Monday afternoon, December 7, 2020 at her home.
Born in Pont L'eveque (oise) France, Eliane was a daughter of the late Charles Vigourt and Georgina Aimee Blanquet Vigourt. She had been a hairdresser and was of the Catholic faith. She enjoyed dancing, cooking, and shopping. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by sons Patrick and Donald Poynter; brothers Raymond Vigourt, Jean Vigourt, and Lucien Blanquet; and sisters Micheline, Jacqueline, and Mirielle Johnson. Survivors include her loving husband of 32 years Lyle Wayne Abercrombie; her dear children Patricia Lane and special friend William Marme, Francine Ward and husband Sherman, Wilma Poynter, and Robert Rennie; stepdaughters Leslie Delozier and Debbie Schneider; sister Denise Bibiano; 14 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and many friends, all who will miss her very much.
