Donola Mae 'Dolie' Sams

Donola "Dolie" Mae Sams, age 81, of Corbin, passed away on Saturday, May 25, 2019 at her home.
She was preceded in death by her Husband, William Clifford Sams; Son, Donald Wayne Sams; Parents, Perrie Leisure and Edna Suter Leisure; and by her Siblings:  Larry Leisure, Erma Cook, Jack Leisure, Fred Leisure, Lenora "Billie" Moody, Vera Leisure, Leroy Leisure, and Ralph Leisure.
Dolie is survived by her Daughters, Rhonda Sizemore (Tim), and Cheryl McCracken; Grandchildren: William Sams, Melissa Gorman, Mikeal Sams (Anna), Timothy Sams (Melanie), Jessica Sams, Travis Sizemore, Amanda McCracken (Jonah), and Macayla Sizemore (Austin); Great Grandchildren, Ayla Ann, Robert, Nolan, Leo, Elizabeth, Bella, Kylie, Brice, Jack, and Anderson; and by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral service for Donala Sams will be held at 11am on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, with Bro. Roger Hoskins officiating.
Burial will follow in the Sams Hill Cemetery in Knox County.
Visitation will be on Tuesday May 28th from 6-9pm at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, where messages may be written to the family at vankirkgrisellfuneralhome.com
