DeeAnna Lynn Moses

DeeAnna Lynn Moses, age 23, passed away on June 5th, 2026, in Lexington, Kentucky.

She was born on September 7th, 2002, and was a homemaker who loved helping her family. DeeAnna was a beacon of love, joy, and positivity to all who knew her. Her true passion was in being outdoors and camping.

DeeAnna was preceded in death by her daughter, Samantha West; father, James Davis; uncles, Charles Liebl and Bill Hensley; and by her grandmother, June Carpenter.

She is survived by her fiancé, Jason Mays and son, Gunnar Mays; mother, Donna Davis; siblings, Tasha Larsen (Blake) of Corbin, Amber Davis of Corbin, and Keith Sager (Jessica) of South Carolina; aunt, Renita Liebl; uncles Terry Edwards, David Edwards all of Georgia, and B.J. Cagle of Tennessee; nieces include Summerville, Abigail, Reagan, Skylar, and Haylee; nephews, Turner, Liam, Dalton, Liam, and Landyn.

Visitation for DeeAnna will be from 12-2 pm on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, where her funeral service will be held at 2 pm with Rev. Willard Creech officiating.

Burial will follow in the Perkins Cemetery in Woodbine, Kentucky.
