David Lewallen

David Lewallen, 55, of Corbin, passed away on Monday, June 18, 2018 at UK Bluegrass Hospice Care Center in Lexington after battling cancer.
He was preceded in death by his brother Billy Ray Lewallen and sister Phyllis Ann Lewallen Morton.
David is survived by his parents, Clarence and Betty Lewallen; daughter Nicole; granddaughter Bella; brother Jimmy Lewallen; and niece Brittany Collette.
Funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm Thursday, June 21, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. James Hodge officiating. Burial will be in the Rest Haven Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 12-1:00 pm Thursday at the funeral home.
