Charles J. Messer

Charles J. Messer, 82, of Woodbine passed away Sunday, September 7, 2014 in Michigan.
Charles was retired from General Motors Fisher Body Division and was a member of Woodbine Baptist Church.
He was the husband of the late Clara Messer, and the father of John Messer and Judy (Greg) Spencer. He was the grandfather of Joshua, Gregory, Scotte and Sarah, and the great-grandfather of Sierra, Jake, Scotte II, Zoey and Amelia.
A visitation was held Wednesday in Waterford, MI.
A graveside service will be held at 11am Saturday at the Liberty Cemetery near Woodbine. Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home is handling local arrangements.
