Charles David Gray

Charles David Gray, age 68, of Corbin, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, April 30, 2023, at Baptist Health in Lexington, Kentucky.

Born in London, Kentucky, he was a son of the late C.T. Gray and Myrtle Root Gray.  Charles was a retired forklift operator with General Shale.  He loved his grandchildren, and tracking the weather for his family.  Charles loved his birds, old movies especially westerns and sci-fi.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Priscilla Fox Gray.

Charles is survived by his daughter, Leslie Spicer and her husband Larry, son, Jonathan Gray and wife Tracie, brother, Howard Gray and wife Kim, grandchildren, Nevaeh, Bella, Alex, Sara, Benjamin, and Nathanial all of Corbin.

Visitation will be from 12noon until the time of his funeral service at 2pm on Thursday May 4, 2023, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, with Rev. Justin Morris officiating.

Burial will follow in the Smith Cemetery in Faber, KY.
