Cassie Lynn Donovan Smith

Cassie Lynn Donovan Smith, age 48, passed away on  Monday January 15, 2018 at Mercy Hospital in Fairfield, Ohio.
She was a loyal employee of Cincinnati Bell for 29 years. Beloved girlfriend of John W. Allen Jr, dear mother of Donovan David and Dallas Judith Smith; devoted sister of John Donovan (Mary);  daughter of the late John "Jack" and Patricia Hodge Donovan, and step daughter, of Kathy Donovan.  She is also survived by her loving dog, Sam.
Private graveside service was held on Tuesday January 23, 2018 at Rest Haven Cemetery in Corbin.
