Brenda Sue Stephenson

Brenda Sue Stephenson, age 62, of Corbin, passed away on Saturday August 11, 2018 at her home.
She was born in Harlan County and had been a long time employee at the former Cottongim Drug Store in Corbin.
Brenda was preceded in death by her Parents, Bethel Turner and Mary Maggard Turner; Daughter, Amy Lynn Allen; Sister, Norma Jean Turner, and by a Brother, Clyde Turner.
She is survived by her Husband, Norman Stephenson; Sons, Norman Travis Stephenson and Lawrence Taylor Stephenson; Grandchildren, Larry Taylor, Michael, Alyssa Renee, Blake, and Trevor Stephenson; Brothers, Rubin, Bill, Charlie, Orville, Frank, and Ed Turner; Sisters, Becky Trosper, Drucilla Bolton, Annalee Turner, and Jean Grubb, and by a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Funeral service will be held at 2pm on Tuesday August 14, 2018 at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Randall Lee officiating.  Burial will follow in Cumberland Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be on Tuesday from 12 noon until 2pm at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, where messages may be written to the family at vankirkgrisellfuneralhome.com
