Bobby Ray Hendrickson Sr.

Bobby Ray Hendrickson, age 72 of Corbin, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at Baptist Health of Corbin.

Bobby Ray Hendrickson was born on September 9, 1952, in Corbin, Kentucky. Bobby's warm spirit and genuine kindness were indeed unforgettable, leaving a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Bobby was a devoted family man and a hardworking individual. His life was a testament to the strength of his character, and his work at the L&N Railroad and CSX in Corbin.

He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Lois Holt Hendrickson, and by his sister, Shirley Hendrickson.

Bobby is survived by his wife, Kathy Smith Hendrickson; sons, Bobby Hendrickson Jr; and Tyler Hendrickson (Kristen); his granddaughter, Kaitlyn Hendrickson; his brother, Jimmy Hendrickson; and his sisters, Lois "Cookie" Byrd, JoAnn "Sugar" Ball, and Shelia Bingham.

Graveside services for Bobby Ray Hendrickson will be held on Friday, August 1, 2025, at 12noon in the Ohler Section of Lynn Camp Cemetery.
