Bobby Odell Elliott

Bobby Odell Elliott, age 71, of Barbourville, Kentucky, passed away at his home.

Born in Detroit, Michigan, he was the son of the late Charlie V. Elliott and Helen Helton Elliott.  Bobby enjoyed watching and working on cars.  He loved any sport with a ball and watching hummingbirds was a favorite pastime.  He especially cherished the joy of being a Grandpa and he was grateful for all the help he received from family, friend and caregivers.  He was Baptist by faith and gave his life fully to the Lord.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Donna Messer and a brother, Wayne Elliot.

Bobby is survived by his devoted wife Marsha; his loving son, Jonathan Elliott and grandson, John Robert Elliott, whom he adored. He is also survived by his siblings, Larry Elliott(Millie), Dottie Elliott, Judy Becknell, Gail Elliott and Terri Elliott; several nieces and nephews and his special buddy, Peggy Jones.

His graveside service, for immediate family and close friends, will be held at the Smith Cemetery in Faber, Kentucky with Rev. Eric Jones will be officiating.
