Arthur L. Jody, age 65 of Manchester, passed away on Friday April 20, 2018 at Baptist Health in Richmond.
He was a US Army veteran of Vietnam before serving in the Navy. After retiring from the military he worked as a fork lift mechanic..
Arthur was preceded in death by his Parents, Samuel E. Jody and Lila Smallwood Jody; Brother, Paul Jody, and Sister, Paulette Jody.
He is survived by his Wife, Mary Hunley Jody; Siblings, Michael Jody Sr., Samuel E. Jody, Jr., and Cathy Jody Davis; and by a host of family and friends.
Funeral service for Arthur Jody will be at 2pm on Monday April 23, 2018 at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Stark officiating. Burial will follow in the Hunley Cemetery in Whitley County, Kentucky.
Visitation will be from 6-9pm at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home where messages may be written to the family at vankirkgrisellfuneralhome.com
