Annie Chapman, 92, of Corbin, passed away on Tuesday, January 29, 2019, at Baptist Health Corbin.
Born in Sault Ste. Marie, Canada, she was the daughter of the late John Kowanze and Elena Bortnick Kowanze.
Annie is survived by her daughter Patricia Campbell and sons Mark Chapman and Dale Chapman, and by several grandchildren.
There will be no visitation or service.
