Addison Dawn Henderson

Addison Dawn Henderson, infant daughter of Tamara Henderson and Dakota Smith passed away Friday, August 5, 2016 at Baptist Health Corbin.
Other family members include a sister, Skylar Henderson; grandparents: Addie Sue Wagers Davis, Carl Michael Henderson, Michelle Smith, and William Smith; great grandmother Carlene Dugger; and great grandfather Adam Wagers.
Addison was preceded in death by a great grandmother, Janet Painter.
A graveside service will be held at 2pm Monday at the Wagers Family Cemetery at Gray.
Visitation will be from noon until 1:30pm Monday at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.
