Zoey Bella Denise Mcmullins/Mcadams

Zoey Bella Denise McMullins/McAdams, one day old, passed away on Jan. 4, 2011 at UK Medical Center.
She is survived by her mother, Charlie McAdams; father, Zachary McMullins; twin brother, Zachary McMullins Jr.; grandmother, Phyllis Scott McAdams; grandfather, Charlie McAdams; six aunts, Heather Weddle, Jennifer Weddle, Carmen Weddle, Carrie Helton, Carla Jackson, Catlin McAdams; uncle, Randle Weddle; and numerous cousins and other family and friends who mourn her passing.
Funeral service will be at 4pm Saturday, Jan. 8, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Stevie Hughes officiating. Burial will be in the Cox Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Austyn Weddle and Antonio Tepesano.
The family will receive friends from 3-4pm Saturday at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, 607 Master Street, Corbin, KY.
