Warren G. Cummins

Warren G. Cummins, age 89, of Corbin, passed away on Wednesday, May 23, 2012, at Baptist Regional Medical Center.
Born in Corbin, he was the son of the late Milton J. and Ruth M. Kitchen Cummins. He was a newspaper linotype operator; a lifetime member of the V.F.W.; and a WWII Army veteran and recipient of two bronze stars.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings: Rudyard K. Cummins, Edward M. Cummins, Jennie Frances Swain, Cassius C. Cummins, Alvin J. Cummins, and Edna Ruth (Babe) Peace Mangione.
He is survived by his brother, Reuben L. Cummins of Corbin; and by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 12 Noon Monday, May 28, until the funeral hour at 2pm at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Lowe officiating.
Burial will be in the Corinth Cemetery with military graveside rites by American Legion Post 88.
