Vera Marie Spurlock

Vera Marie Spurlock, 56, of Corbin, passed away Thursday, December 26, 2019 at St. Joseph London. She was born on December 02, 1963 to the late George Edward and Elizabeth Faye Romans Vanover in Fort Hood, Texas. Vera was an avid volunteer for veterans and loved spending time with her friends who say she was the life of the party.
Left to mourn her passing, is her son, Josh Spurlock and girlfriend Amy Corum; brother Charles Edward Vanover; fiancé Arthur Fisher; and many friends and family.
Funeral services for Vera Marie Spurlock will be held at 12pm Monday, December 30, 2019 at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Joe Eaton and Winston Duncan officiating. Burial will follow in McHargue Cemetery in Corbin. A visitation period will be held on Sunday, December 29, 2019 from 6-8pm at the funeral home.
