Opal Faye Drummonds

Opal Faye Drummonds, 64, of Gray, passed away on Monday, Sept. 17, 2007 at the Oak Tree Hospital in Corbin.
She was Pentecostal by faith and had been a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents,Thomas Lee "Jack" Wilburn and Myrtle Flossie Osmus Wilburn; two brothers, Arthur Wilburn and Richard Wilburn; nephew, Andrew Michael Weyer and a great-grandchild.
She is survived by her husband, James Drummonds; five children, Jim Drummonds, Brenda Mabe, Jennifer Frazier, Rick Wilburn and David Smith; step-son, "Little" James Drummonds; 11 grandchildren, Thomas James Davenport, Natoshia Davenport, Kayla T. Drummonds, Kizzie Faye Wilson, James Aaron Mabe, Rick Wilburn Jr., Brandy Ward, Lindsey Wilburn, Carrie Kelly, D.J. Smith Jr. and Austin Travis Mabe; two great-grandsons, Braden Ward and Ethan Lodic Kelly; brother, James Wilburn; sister-in-law, Betty Wilburn, all who mourn her passing.
Funeral services will be at 2 pm Wednesday, Sept. 19, 2007 at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Bro. David W. Smith Jr. and Bro. Marion Roaden officiating. Burial will follow in the Drummonds Cemetery in Tazewell, Tennessee.
The family will receive friends from 6-9 pm Tuesday at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.
