Marie Jones

Marie Jones, age 93, of Corbin, passed away on Friday, June 22, 2012, at Christian Health Center in Corbin.
She was born in Gray, KY, the daughter of the late, John Tom and Dora Ellen Helton Black. She was a member of New Hope Church of God Ministries in Corbin.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Husband, Clifford Jones, Eight Brothers, and four Sisters.
She is survived by Children, Christine Fricke of Corbin, Wayne Jones and wife Shirley of Glasgow, and Margie Hampton and husband Ted of Corbin; two Sisters, Maxine Krueger of Dayton, OH, and Wilma Lee Belcher and husband Jimmy of Vandalia,OH; Grandchildren, Cynthia Reinhardt, Courtney Jones, Stephanie Jones, and Amy Canady and husband Eric; and by her Great Granddaughter, Tory Camille Canady; as well, as many nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held at 11am on Monday, June 25, 2012, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, with Rev. Paula Farmer, Bro. Bob Combs, and Rev. Joan Schlesing officiating. Burial will follow in the Black Cemetery in Gray.
