Hazel Hogg

June 17, 1916 — December 20, 2004

Hazel "Haze" Hogg, 88, of Corbin, passed away Monday, Dec. 20, 2004 in Baptist Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Hogg was born in Whitesburg on June 17, 1916, a son to the late George Hogg and the late Mattie Hogg Piersall.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Laura Day Hogg and a grandchild.
He was a retired truck driver and a member of the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church.
He is survived by three daughters, Brenda Morris of Keavy, Linda Begley of London, and Shirley Martin of Florence; one sister, Mae Caudill of Benham; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
The funeral services will be at Noon Thursday, Dec. 23, at the Corbin Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Fore and Rev. Robert Judd offiicating. Burial will be in the Locust Grove Cemetery in Keavy.
Pallbearers will be Michael Morris, Kelvin Morris, D.J. Hayes, Doyle Miller and Jimmy Fore.
The family will receive friends from 11 am until the funeral hour at Noon Thursday at the Corbin Funeral Home.
