Geneva C. Rollins

Geneva C. Rollins, 79, of Corbin, passed away on Tuesday, May 22, 2012, at Corbin Health and Rehabilitation.
Born in Cynthiana, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Frazier H. Dailey and Lula Mae Dunn Dailey. Geneva was an RN and was the Director of Nursing at the Old Corbin Hospital and also was the office nurse at Dr. Wells'' office.
Surviving are her Husband, Don Rollins; Son, Terry Rollins and wife Julia, children - Jason and wife Emily, and Joseph; Daughter, Melissa Smith and husband Lloyd, son Matthew; Special Friend, Christine Taylor; Brothers and Sisters: Ralph Dailey and wife Betty Jean; Betty Pope and husband Henry; Jenny Buchanan and husband Ronnie; Georgia Bryant; Frazier Dailey, Jr.; Mary Jane Wyatt and husband Bob.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2pm, Saturday, May 26, 2012, at Grace on the Hill United Methodist Church with Rev. Tim Thompson officiating. Visitation will be before the ceremony from 12 noon-2pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made in Geneva''s memory to the Lexington Regional Office of the Alzheimer''s Association.
The Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
